It’s All in the Details

What do the constellations in a summer sky, Edgar Allen Poe’s bibliography, the text of “The Sleeper,” the weight of a box of human cremains, wildflowers and birds native to Iowa, and Georges Seurat’s Forest of Barbizon have in common?  They’re all in my death and sex story, “At Midnight, In the Month of June,” that I finally finished tonight.

In case you’re wondering, human cremains weigh about four pounds.  You never know when that little bit of trivia might come in handy.
