The sheep wouldn’t come close enough for me to pet him. Probably because he knew I’d try to take him home.
He called for backup. “You’ll never take us alive!” they baa-baaed.
The squirrel didn’t much care about the sheep. He was too busy burying his nuts around the trees.
Squirrels like trees. Sheep can’t climb trees.
This one is for Shannon, it’s not part of my story.
Jay posed with trees because I made him, not because he is a squirrel. At least, I don’t
he’s a squirrel.
Jay took my picture with this tree. Perhaps he thinks
I can climb a tree like a squirrel.
Squirrels can climb very high, but I probably shouldn’t attempt that.
I think I identify more with trees than squirrels because my hair is multi-colored, too.
Maybe Jay is a squirrel, after all. He looks like he’s trying to hide in my hair.
