Sheep 2.jpg
The sheep wouldn’t come close enough for me to pet him.  Probably because he knew I’d try to take him home.

He called for backup.  “You’ll never take us alive!” they baa-baaed.

The squirrel didn’t much care about the sheep.  He was too busy burying his nuts around the trees.

Squirrels like trees.  Sheep can’t climb trees.

This one is for Shannon, it’s not part of my story.

Jay.jpg
Jay posed with trees because I made him, not because he is a squirrel.  At least, I don’t

think

he’s a squirrel.

Kris tree 3.jpg
Jay took my picture with this tree.  Perhaps he thinks

I’m

a squirrel.

Kris Tree.jpg
I can climb a tree like a squirrel.

Tree.jpg
Squirrels can climb very high, but I probably shouldn’t attempt that.

I think I identify more with trees than squirrels because my hair is multi-colored, too.

Maybe Jay is a squirrel, after all.  He looks like he’s trying to hide in my hair.

  • Where the HELL do you live where there are just sheep walking around? I’ve been to Virginia quite a few times, hon … in fact, I almost moved to Fairfax and I’m kicking myself in the ass that I didn’t now, but …

    SHEEP?

“Stop! We don’t all have to be just sheep!”

    hee hee …

I live in southeastern Virginia.  The pictures are from Colonial Williamsburg—and the sheep are safely confined behind fences and cared for by people dressed in old fashioned clothing for the benefit of all the tourists who have never seen a sheep before.  And me, who just likes taking goofy pictures.
