One Down, Eleven More to Go

I’m not sure how it happened, but after talking about graduate school for three or four years and then taking a year and a half to actually figure out what course of study I wanted to pursue and taking the GRE and applying and being accepted and registering and stressing about the readings and the midterm and the term paper and the last minute take home final, I’m finally done with my first graduate class.  All I have left to do is turn in my final exam, discuss one last book and wait for my grade.  Oh, and register for next semester.

Is it to soon to be thinking about my PhD?

I agree with Josh—grad school does get easier, and if you want that PhD, the best time is when your brain cells are still hot. I did not jump after my MSW, and sometimes I am sorry. Of course, sometimes I am not sorry smile
