London Calling

I’m out of here in about seventeen hours, bound for London.  I’m not quite sure where February went and by the time I return March will be half-over.  Time flies when you’re having fun—or traveling abroad, I suppose.

While I’m gone, I highly recommend checking out the blogs in my sidebar.  There are some awesome people out there (Kelly, Suzanne, Charlie), writing amazing stuff on all sorts of topics (sex education and activism, the life of a writer, reinventing one’s self).  I dare say most of them are far more entertaining (Rachel)—and far better writers (Zulieka)—than I could ever hope to be.  Still, I hope you’ll come back to me when I return.  I promise to have stories to tell. (And everyone else in the sidebar deserves a look, too.  I’d include them all here, but that would defeat the purpose of looking at the sidebar, wouldn’t it?)

I’ll try to post a travel update in the next few days, but no promises.  I’m not sure what kind of internet access I’ll be able to find and I’m not hauling my laptop across the ocean.  You never know, I might pop in and surprise you with something clever and British-sounding.

Play nice with each other and think of me fondly while I’m gone.
