Did you remember to set your clocks back an hour? My question this morning is this: Is it really necessary to have a clock (or two) in EVERY ROOM of the house? This is a question I ask myself every six months as I go around the house changing all the clocks. There doesn’t appear to be an answer.
So… what did you do with your extra hour last night? Get more sleep? Have one more drink? Watch another rerun? Read another (or write another) chapter in a book?
Me, I spent my extra hour talking to an old friend about life, love, the universe and everything. I probably should have been resetting my clocks last night instead of shuffling around complaining about it this morning, but that would have been too practical. Besides, I now have a deeper insight into life and answers to philosophical questions that have been plaguing me for years. That’s a pretty good use of an hour, don’t you think?
The clock question, though, is a mystery for the ages.
