In an attempt to put my Christmas blues in perspective, I am attempting to come up with a list of things I’m looking forward to in 2009.
So far, I have:
--I have a bunch of stories coming out in some very cool anthologies.
--Jay will be home for at least part of the year. (Which is really the best we can say about any year he’s on sea duty.)
--Bruce Springsteen has a new album coming out in January and will be performing during the half-time show at the Super Bowl.
--I may possibly be going to London and/or Paris with Jay and/or Sheri.
Um… that’s all I’ve got right now. Not that those are some pretty lovely things to look forward to, but it’s going to be a long year. I really need to work on that list.
In the meantime, what lovely things do you have to look forward to in 2009?

That’s an exciting list so far, Kristina! Hmm… right now I’m just excited by the next two weeks--the kids are out of school and the hubby’s home, too, so we could potentially lounge around the house in our pajamas for days on end 
As for next year, more books!
