2007 is off to a good start! I received a note from Alison Tyler today letting me know that my story “Seven Minutes in Heaven” will be included in her forthcoming anthology G is for Games. Alison is editing an A to Z series of erotica anthologies for Cleis Press that kicks off in February with the quartet A is for Amour, B is for Bondage, C is for Coeds and D is for Dress-Up. I’m excited to be a part of this series and I absolutely adore the cover art pinup illustrations! The icing on the cake was Alison calling “Seven Minutes in Heaven” a “luscious story.” Wow!
In other news, writer/editor Rachel Kramer Bussel sent me a link to Pulp Magazine, which reviewed Caught Looking: Erotic Tales of Voyeurs and Exhibitionists, which she co-edited with Alison Tyler. Reviewer Nola Summers said of my contribution, “The standard outdoor parking lot scene is ramped up in “The Stars Fell Down” by Kristina Wright when she adds the extra ingredient of an illicit affair and being witnessed by a co-worker.”
What a lovely way to start the year!
