Because, like, I don’t have anything else to do, I have now joined Plurk.
I know nothing about Plurk, other than it’s a social networking sort of thing like Twitter. So far, I still like Twitter better-- but Twitter has been down a lot lately. I’m guessing it’s because it has become so wildly popular and the folks behind the scenes can’t keep up with the demand. Reminds me of AOL back in the day. I stuck with AOL (I’ve had the same AOL e-mail address since 1993), and I’ll stick with Twitter… but now Jennifer lured me over to Plurk, as well. Okay, to be fair, she simply sent me an invitation to join. I love being invited to things (except Mary Kay, Tupperware, Pampered Chef and those other must-buy-useless-crap parties), so I’ll give Plurk a whirl.
Have to say, the headless creature with the bone sticking out is seriously squicking me, though. Ewww....
